When will I receive my juice?
If your juice is ordered before midnight on Sunday you will receive it on Friday that week. If your juice is ordered after midnight on Sunday you will receive it the following Friday. We then hand deliver it chilled to your door, in a reusable glass bottle.
Where is the juice made?
We buy all of our produce fresh every Tuesday. Then we cold-press, filter, bottle and refrigerate the juice every Wednesday under the same roof at our unit just outside of Bath.Reusable bottles
We politely ask that you leave your empty bottle out for us to collect when we’re scheduled to drop your next subscription order (usually on Thursdays). If all of our customers are able to do this for us, we’ll all contribute to significantly reducing our use of glass and packaging materials! We believe that reusing is the way forward.
What is cold-pressing?
We use a hydraulic cold pressing machine which applies tons of pressure to our fresh produce. Cold-pressing allows you to retain more of the good stuff from the produce. When you home juice with a centrifugal juicer heat is applied during the process which kills off lots of the good stuff, and if you have juiced turmeric at home you’ll know about the stains that it leaves.
What if i’m not at home when my juice is delivered?
If you are not going to be in please let us know a suitable safe place to leave your juice.Can I buy the juice in a supermarket?
No, you can’t. We get the juice to your door within 24 hours of cold pressing which makes the juice so much fresher than buying it from a supermarket.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. Just log in to your account where you can easily pause and resume your subscription to fit your lifestyle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime you wish. Just log into your Well Juiced account and you can manage your subscription from there.What’s the white residue at the bottom of my juice?
The white residue is the fibres from the Ginger and Turmeric root. This white stuff is the good stuff. This is a sign of good quality produce and always remember separation is natural. If you hold the bottle upside down when shaking it then it will mix back together more easily. Shake it up to Wake it up!
